Because I’m working in the beauty industry...

So many people are talking about how drinking red wine is good for your health and beauty.
I’m such a Beer lover…but recently I really love to have red wine as a part of anti-aging care,
because I’m working at the beauty industry, so I’m curious about how to maintain youthful.

As you know, red wine contains anti-aging properties  such as resveratrol or polyphenol.
Dr. Richard A. Baxter , Plastic Surgeon in Seattle, well known as author of
Age Gets Better with Wine  said:



“ Drinking a glass of red wine a day, it’ll help you stay more youthful
  and give you healthy long life.”

But I read an article where someone interviewed him and in the article he mentioned that
Yes, Drinking a glass of red wine a day is really good for anti-aging,
but you have to be careful not to drink too much.
If you drink more than amount of recommended wine, the results will flip upside down.

As a professional baseball player, he said:

Those kind of small things make me close to my goal.
Those kind of small things lead me beyond my expectation."
